The Potato Bar at the Pendleton Art Center combines my love for potatoes and a unique way of serving them into a potato lover’s dream. We all love our comfort food and there’s none better than a warm baked potato covered with your favorite toppings. I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t love a good baked potato, and everyone loves the idea of getting creative with the fresh toppings. "Make it a Great Day at The Potato Bar."

About the Artist
Good food has always held a special place in my heart. I worked full-time in the healthcare profession for over twenty years, but I also worked part-time as a caterer. During my ten years as a caterer, the potato bars that I offered were the most requested items on my catering menu. I thought it would be a great idea to open a potato bar; featuring "All Thing Potatoes." Things worked out and I was able to open the Potato Bar at the Pendleton Art Center in Middletown.
