Purchased in 1990 by the Verdin family, the eight story PAC warehouse now houses more than 200 artist of various mediums. PAC also includes adjacent buildings including the Studios@510, 1321 Studios, and Annex Studios.

Known for monthly open studio walks called “Final Fridays,” guests can see hundreds of artist studios and buy work directly from artists during these events.

Tina Gutierrez specializes in Social Justice and protest photography as well as fine art, underwater, and commercial portraiture. She is an “Art Instigator” who encourages communities and individuals to create in ways that are healing to others and to themselves.

Tina Currently teaches at the Art Academy of Cincinnati and has been guest lecturer at the University of Cincinnati DAAP, CCM and at Xavier University. Tina’s work has been widely exhibited, at FotoFocus 2020, 2018 and 2016 at The Cincinnati YWCA, Washington Park Art Gallery, Kennedy Heights arts Center, The Art Academy, Xavier University Northern Kentucky University and other spaces.

PAC is open to the public during Final Friday, check out pendletonartcenter.com/events for dates and times.
The Pendleton Art Center is open to the public every month on the last Friday (Final Friday) from 5-9 pm.
Individual artists are also available by appointment at their discretion.

The building is secured 24 hours a day. Staffed front desk, telephone and elevator from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
