About the Artist
Josie Gearhart graduated from Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia with both a BFA and MFA and is represented in Cincinnati and Florida. She is a signature member of the Cincinnati Art Club.
With my artwork I like to develop the mood of the piece to grasp its underlying essence. An emotional reality emerges onto the canvas for the viewer and becomes a metaphor for the human experience.
