Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as a vendor (“Artist”, “You”, “Your”) on PendletonArtCenter.com (“Website”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By signing up as a vendor, you agree to the following terms:
1. Vendor Membership
- Vendor access is valid for one full year from the date of purchase.
- Recurring billing is enabled by default. You will receive an email notification as your renewal date approaches.
- You may cancel your next year’s payment at any time before the renewal date through your account on the website or by contacting Michael Schmidt at 859-757-7368.
2. Product Listings
- Each vendor may list up to 20 products at a time.
- You may sell physical, digital, and virtual products (e.g., original artwork, downloadable files, online classes).
- Each product listing may include up to 6 images.
3. Payments & Fees
- There are zero commission on sales made through the platform.
- All payments will be processed via Stripe. You must create and connect your Stripe account at www.stripe.com.
- Payments will be deposited directly into your Stripe-connected account according to Stripe’s policies and schedule.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds are offered for vendor subscriptions, regardless of usage or activity level.
5. Advertising Opportunities
- After launching your shop, you may request advertising opportunities on our homepage, footer, or other locations by contacting Michael Schmidt directly.
6. Support and Assistance
- Tutorials are available to help guide you through the setup process.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any vendor account for violating these terms, misuse of the platform, fraudulent behavior, or for any activity that undermines the integrity of the community.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email.
