I ship twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. If you need your piece sooner and you are local to Cincinnati, you can contact me to pick your piece up in person.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

I don’t accept returns but will exchange an item for another item of the same cost once I have received the item to be exchanged within 1 week of delivery.

I double box my pieces when shipping but if your piece arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Please take photos of of the exterior box and interior box and the damaged item. All packages are insured and claims are submitted. Please keep all original boxes, packing materials and damaged items until the matter is settled.
