Maura studied art education/graphic design under John Nartker where she gained an interest in incorporating texture into her work. She also developed a color-theory course that focuses on the interplay between colors balancing light and dark values.
Her Fine Art works are currently displayed at Pendleton Arts Studio - Middletown, OH and have been displayed at Middletown Arts Center, Rusty Harden Studio, and Studio San Giuseppe (University of Mt. St. Joseph) and in an exhibit depicting non-violent protest and civil disobedience at Antioch University Midwest.
